Please read these terms of sale carefully. "We" and "Us" in these terms of sale means the company In the Name of Wood owned by Marek Čop. By shopping on the website www.inthenameofwood.com you accept the terms of sale mentioned here below.

Prices of our products are stated in euro and they are mentioned on our website inthenameofwood.com. For shopping in our online boutique you can use payment by your credit card or your PayPal account. To purchase item at inthenameofwood.com you mast fill in your personal information. Once order has been placed you will receive an email with purchase confirmation.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. For the delivery we use Colissimo by Postal service. Once your package shipped, you will get an e-mail confirmation with tracking number. the delivery costs and time depends on destination.
- within France, delivery cost 8€ and you will get your package in 2-4 business days after sending
- the delivery within European Union depends on distance of the destination from France. It takes 3-5 business days for 9€
- the delivery time for the rest of the world take between 6 and 14 business days (depends on destination) and cost 19€.
Please note that some of international shipments may be subject to duties, tariffs or taxes. these are responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the price of shipping. We are not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company.
Sending express is possible as well. In this case please contact us on [email protected] and we will find the best way how to send your article.
3. Payment security
All communication between our payment system and the customer is through SSL (secure socket layer). Only Stripe - online payment system (stripe.com) and PayPal have access to your data. It is not possible neither for us neither for anyone other unauthorized to see your data exchanged during purchase.
4. Products
Each of the article in our online store shows the natural look of wood. Each of our product is individually hand-crafted with regards to characteristics and look of each piece of wood. No two pieces of products in our online store will be exactly alike. Product photos on this website should be used as a guide to what a product will resemble. The product can slightly differ due to specific and unique grain of the wood.
It's the natural grain of the wood which is doing your In the Name of Wood item unique and special!
5. Returns policy
If you are not satisfied with the article you ordered, you have a possibility to return the article within 14 days after you received the package without presenting any reason. The return of articles is possible only in case if they are not damaged neither used and only in its original package.
Before return of the article, please contact us on [email protected] to find a way to set things right, whether though an exchange or refund. Please note that all costs for the return shipment is payed by the customer.
6. Warranty
All In the Name of Wood products comes with two years warranty. Warranty covers the defects in manufacture or hidden defects of the wood. Warranty does not cover the defects caused by using the product. Every reclamation is evaluated individually. Please contact us on [email protected].
7. Privacy policy
Shopping at inthenameofwood.com requires the following information from you, such as: Name, Address, Telephone number and e-mail address.
We collect these informations only for the need of delivery. Your data is stored by the company In the Name of Wood and these are never provide to any third party.
We do not store you personal payment information (we do not have access to these informations - see article 3. Payment security).
